Here are  your responsibilities:

• The main focus of your tasks is to teach wingfoil and kitesurfing beginners and intermediates to VDWS standard in private and double private lessons (rarely in small groups with a maximum of 6 students) in the huge standing area of the Lo Stagnone lagoon.
• You will help with all the tasks that arise around the kite center and during the kitesurfing courses. These include, for example, kite courses (preparation, implementation, and follow-up), equipment distribution, organization, and maintenance, preparation of the kites for training, set-up and dismantling at the kite center, clean-up work, and more.
• You will independently organize events and accompany training groups on windless days to alternative sporting activities such as SUP tours, excursions, and dinners if required.

Your qualification/experience:

• You kite, have a high kitesurfing level and can wong foil, and are very confident in handling the kite, the wing. But you enjoy teaching others the sport just as much.
• You already have training experience.
• You are fluent in German and English, and can speak freely and without inhibition in front of larger groups.
• You can adapt the teaching content to suit the target group at any time.
• You are a licensed VDWS or IKO kite instructor.
• You are very reliable, never keep your team and students waiting and are a team player.
• You spread a positive mood, are in a good mood and can motivate your environment and entertain the guests and students very well.
• You bring a lot of creativity, a high level of initiative and a willingness to take responsibility.
