- Cancellations made 30+ days before the start date: 100% refund minus 5% administrative fee.
- Cancellations made 15-29 days before: 50% refund
- Cancellations made less than 14 days before: No refund
We reserve the right to cancel services due to insufficient bookings or force majeure events, in which case a full refund will be provided.
