Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
In case of withdrawal from the contract by the charterer, Kite2Sail may demand an appropriate compensation. The amount of compensation shall be calculated according to the charter price, taking into account the expenses saved by Kite2Sail as well as a possible alternative use of the berth by Kite2Sail.Kite2Sail is entitled to apply the following lump sums instead when calculating the compensation: In the event of cancellation, the flat-rate cancellation fee shall amount to
- up to 40 days before the start of the trip 20%
- from the 39th to the 20th day before the start of the journey 80%.
- from the 19th day before the start of the trip 100% of the charter price.
